Were you that guy I saw earlier in the week going "BOOOOOOO BOOOOOOOO" as you walked up to '"get your money back" at the ICE station at 3 o'clock sometime early in the week? you claimed you "got it all back" ......................i saw you sometime later in the week near the man yelling the same BOOOOOOOOO BOOOOOOO type stuff but this time it sounded as if you lost much of your voice....
